Shipping & Returns Policy
Payment
We accept:
- Cash on Delivery (COD)
- All major Debit Cards, Credit Cards
- Wallets, UPI, and Net Banking
Shipping
- Service Area: We currently ship within India only using trusted courier partners.
- Dispatch Updates: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail and/or SMS with tracking details.
- Delivery Time: Orders are typically delivered within 3–7 business days.
- Delays: While we work hard to deliver on time, delays may occur due to natural disasters, strikes, public holidays, or other events beyond our control. ixtoys cannot be held responsible for such delays.
- Shipping Charges: Standard shipping is free of charge. Express delivery charges (if applicable) will be charged at actuals.
Cancellations
- Orders cannot be cancelled or modified after dispatch.
- To cancel an order before it is shipped, please contact us at +91 99097 12330.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to hygiene and safety reasons related to baby and kids’ products, ixtoys does not offer refunds. However, we do allow exchanges or a coupon code in specific cases (such as receiving a defective or damaged product).
Important Conditions:
- Timeframe: Please allow up to 7 days for processing a return or exchange.
- Mandatory Proof: To initiate an exchange, you must provide:
- Unboxing video and photos of the received product
- Physical invoice or your order ID
(Mandatory for approval) - Return Shipping:
- You must ship the product back to our address within 3 days of delivery and share the return tracking number via WhatsApp.
- Once we receive the item, we will process an exchange or provide a coupon code.
- If you are unable to ship the product yourself, we can arrange a pickup at an additional charge (depending on your location and parcel size).
- Coupon Code:
- Equal to the product amount
- Valid for 1 year
- Can be used one time only
- Issued within 3–4 working days after return pickup
- Amount will not be refunded to your bank account
- Condition of Item: Items must be:
- In the same condition as received
- Unused/unworn, in original packaging
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
- Poor Condition Returns: Exchanges will not be accepted if the product is returned in poor condition or shows signs of wear and tear.
- One-Time Exchange: Once an item has been exchanged and delivered, no further exchanges or returns will be possible for that order.
Damaged Products
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at ixtoyscare@gmail.com within 3 working days, along with clear images of the damaged product. We will assist you with an exchange or coupon code as per policy.
